Love Signature (UK)

At Love Signature, we design jewellery meant to be worn, loved, and kept. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to make the returns process simple, fair, and stress-free.

This policy is in accordance with your rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


🇬🇧 Your UK Consumer Rights

If you are a customer in the UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without needing to provide a reason.

This is known as your cooling-off period.

Once you notify us of cancellation, you then have a further 14 days to return your item(s).

We understand that jewellery is personal. That’s why we’ve designed a returns process that is clear, supportive, and easy to follow.

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions below.


✔ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, jewellery box, and any included gifts
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We may be unable to accept items that show signs of wear or damage outside of manufacturing faults.


📩 How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order.

We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions.

To ensure a smooth process, please do not send items back without contacting us first.


🚚 Returns Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service
  • We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law or in the case of a faulty item
  • Refunds may be adjusted if items are not returned in their original condition

🎁 Promotions & Gifts

If your order included a promotional gift or free item, this must also be returned.

If not returned, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and personalisation reasons, certain items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Custom-made or personalised jewellery
  • Earrings where hygiene seals have been broken
  • Items clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase

This does not affect your statutory rights.


⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the issue

We will always aim to resolve this quickly and fairly, which may include:

  • A replacement
  • A repair (where applicable)
  • Or a full refund

All faulty goods are handled in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


🌍 International Returns

For international orders:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of approval
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, and duties
  • Any unpaid customs charges may be deducted from your refund

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are unable to take responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
